Who we are

This website is run by Intelliture Pty Limited (ABN 27 117 186 642), trading as Conversera, of 5 Martin Place, Sydney NSW 2000, Australia. In these terms, “we”, “us” and “our” mean Intelliture Pty Limited.

Using this website

You’re welcome to read, share and link to the pages on this site. Please use it lawfully, and don’t try to interfere with how it works, get into parts of it you’re not meant to reach, or send us anything harmful through its forms.

We may change, pause or remove any part of the site at any time.

Our content and intellectual property

The text, design, graphics, frameworks and other material on this site belong to us or to the people who licensed them to us. You can view it and quote short extracts with a credit and a link back. For any other use, including copying whole pages or using our material in your own products, please ask us first.

Other companies’ names and trademarks mentioned on the site belong to their owners.

The content on this site is general information

What you read here describes our services and how we work. It isn’t advice for your particular situation, and it isn’t an offer. Results from past programmes don’t guarantee the results of a future one.

We give a source for every market figure we quote. We work to keep the site accurate and current, and if you think something is wrong, tell us and we’ll correct it or take it down.

Links to other websites

Some pages link to websites we don’t run, including the sources of the figures we quote. We include them because they’re useful, and we aren’t responsible for their content or how they handle your information.

Our liability

Nothing in these terms excludes, restricts or changes any right or remedy you have under the Australian Consumer Law or any other law that can’t be excluded.

Subject to that, and to the extent the law allows, we provide this website as it is and we aren’t liable for any loss or damage arising from your use of it or your reliance on its content, including indirect or consequential loss.

Client programmes have their own written agreement

When you engage us to run a programme, the work is governed by a separate written agreement between your company and us. If that agreement and these terms differ, the agreement applies.

Your privacy

Our privacy policy explains what we collect when you use this site and what we do with it.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the law of New South Wales, Australia, and you and we submit to the courts of New South Wales and the courts that can hear appeals from them.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The date at the top shows when they last changed, and the version on this page is the one that applies.
