Every programme we run follows the way a buying committee actually decides.
The work moves through four phases and eight stages, and at seven points a named person at Conversera has to say yes before anything moves. Each quarter we look at what the data says and move budget toward what’s working.
Each phase meets the committee where it is in the decision.
A committee doesn’t decide in one step, so the programme doesn’t either. We start by naming the people involved, then give each of them what they need to hear, then earn the meeting, and finally put the budget where the evidence says it will work hardest.
01 Connect
We agree your ideal customer profile, map the committee inside each account, clean the target list and find the people already showing interest.
Where the buyer is: problem identification.
02 Converse
Content and channel work gives each role the proof its job needs, and keeps your company quotable in the AI assistants where research now starts.
Where the buyer is: solution exploration and requirements.
03 Convert
Callers working in the buyer’s language qualify and book meetings your sellers will accept, with the evidence attached and a reject standard we’ve signed up to.
Where the buyer is: supplier selection and validation.
04 Compound
You get attribution you can take to a board, and each quarter we move budget toward what’s working.
Where the buyer is: consensus.
Seven of the eight stages end with a named person saying yes.
Software researches, drafts, checks and reports. Our people own the strategy, your brand and every word that reaches your buyer, and a campaign that drifts past its limits pauses until one of them looks at it. The software is what lets us personalise at this depth for a sensible price. Read how we use AI

Most clients start with a six-week pilot at a fixed price.
Whichever way you buy, we agree the acceptance criteria in writing before any work starts, including what counts as a rejected lead. The pilot is the quickest way to see whether we meet them on your own accounts.
Pilot
One business unit in one region, working toward a single outcome for six weeks, at a fixed scope and price.
Where most clients start.
Fixed-price statement of work
A defined volume of MQLs, BANT leads or appointments against written criteria, delivered over a set window.
Always-on programme
A retained team working your accounts every week, with the plan redrawn each quarter against what the data says.
The other ways to buy demand each suit a different kind of company.
You could build this in-house, hire a global agency or buy leads offshore, and each is the right answer for someone. The differences show up in how soon you see a lead, who it reaches, and what it costs when you need to change course.
| What we compare | Build in-house | Global network agency | Offshore lead vendor | Conversera |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| Time to first lead | Once you’ve hired and trained a team | After onboarding and a first creative round | Within days, at volume | Your committee map within five business days, then a pilot |
| Reaches the full committee | If you staff for it | Brand-led, rarely person by person | Form-fillers only | Mapped before we spend |
| Reject standard in the contract | Not applicable | Rarely | Sometimes, and seldom enforced | Always |
| Cost to change direction | Headcount | A change order | Starting again | A quarterly re-plan |
| Who does the work | Your own team, on top of the day job | A team you meet after signing | A script, at volume | The people you met in the first call |
If one of the other routes suits you better, we’ll say so in the first call.
Most clients ask us these three things before they start.
Who approves what at Conversera?
Our delivery lead approves every audience, message, launch, allocation and lead batch. Our commercial lead approves scope, pricing, partner spend and any change to them. You approve the content that carries your name.
What if something goes wrong mid-programme?
Campaigns pause themselves if bounces, complaints or pacing drift past the limits we agreed. A person looks at why, tells you, and decides whether to resume.
How quickly can we start?
The committee map takes five business days. A pilot goes into market once you’ve approved the content, and we’ll give you a date for that in the first call.
Send us 20 target accounts and we’ll show you who decides inside each one.
Within five business days you’ll have the buying group for every account, the people already showing interest, and a sourced brief on your top five. It’s free. If your current programme already covers the committee, we’ll say so.
