How we use AI
Software helps our team research and draft faster, and a named person at Conversera decides what reaches your buyers. This page sets out where AI sits in our work and where it stops.
What our software does
Software researches, drafts and checks. It can’t send anything or release anything on its own.
- Reads campaign briefs and turns them into a requirement list with page references.
- Researches accounts and maps buying committees from licensed data.
- Drafts emails, call scripts, landing pages and summaries for each role, using only claims we can source.
- Checks leads against the rules you set and flags anything unusual.
- Assembles reports around figures taken directly from our data.
What our people decide
- A named person at Conversera approves every audience, every set of claims, every message, every launch, every allocation, every batch of leads and every report before it moves on.
- You approve any content that carries your brand.
- Nothing is sent to a buyer without a person’s approval, and no email, call or lead delivery happens on its own. An agent can pause a campaign if something looks wrong, and only a person can restart it.
- Each approval is recorded with the name of the person who gave it and the time they gave it.
How we treat your data and choose models
Client data is never used to train AI models.
We choose a model for each task on the quality of its work, and we keep a record of which model and which prompt version produced each draft.
Our privacy policy explains what personal information we handle and how, and our security page covers where it’s hosted and who can see it.
How we use generated images
Where we use AI-generated imagery, we direct and edit it ourselves, and we never present a generated person as a member of our team, a client or the author of a testimonial.
